Order/Service Cancellation Timeline
Customers may cancel their order or requested services within 24 hours of placing the order.

To initiate a cancellation request, please contact us as soon as possible via email or through the contact form on our website.

Refund for Canceled Orders
If the cancellation is approved within the allowed period, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used by the customer.

Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on your card-issuing bank.

Important Notes
Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placement, as they may have already been processed or shipped.

No cancellation is allowed once the product is shipped or delivered.

If the purchase is part of a limited-time promotion, cancellation or refund may not be applicable unless otherwise stated.

Transparency Commitment
We are committed to clarity and honesty in our policies. In case of a No Refund / No Cancellation promotion or product, this will be clearly stated on the product page or during checkout, to avoid any misunderstanding or dispute.
