Return Conditions
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

Items must be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Products purchased as part of a bundle or promotional offer must be returned in full.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

No refunds will be issued in cash.

Non-Refundable Items
Items that have been opened or used

Products damaged due to misuse

Items on final sale, clearance, or custom orders

Gift cards or promotional vouchers

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

If the return is due to a mistake from our side (wrong item/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
